The Safadi Group, domiciled in Berlin, Germany, is a group of companies held and controlled by the entrepreneur and Architect Hatem Safadi.

 

Currently the largest interest is in the Construction Company (Baugesellschaft) and the Touristic Service. Furthermore the AGENS, the AGC, the PISC , the KASA and the Architect office belong to the group of companies. Also Mr. Hatem Safadi is under license for Coffee Caras.

Alte Mälzerei (old malt house) Berlin Pankow – The first phase of construction is delivered.

In December 2009 the first phase of construction of the Alte Mälzerei in Berlin Pankow was finished in compliance with the expectations of real estate agents and the project developers. Therewith 5.489 square meters building area and 140 parking lots in a basement garage have been finished within 9 months, after starting in March 2009. The intention is to finish the second phase of construction, with further 6.700 square meters, by the end of October 2010.
 
AGC started several projects with Mr. Rezzo Schlauch in Sudan

AGC, a part of the Safadi Group, has started several projects in the Sudan, together with the former state secretary Mr. Rezzo Schlauch and the Swiss office of H. Stampfli.

 
These extend from investigations up to the building of new cement factories- and coloured stone production facilities and also the generation of solar energy. In the future there will also be projects in security and infrastructure.
 
The Safadi Group is involved in the German-Palestinian council of economic advisers.
In the context of the German-Palestinian council of economic advisers, the Safadi Group is involved in the build up of the Gaza-strip.
In this case the KASA will start its first project, with a volume of approx. 150 Mio. Euro, from allocations of funds from Europe, Arabia, and America, within a short time.
