They are a sythesis of Prussian tradition and modern living comfort. Samples for our activities are Carl-von-Ossietzky-Straße 3, 6 and Feuerbachstraße 41with their refined stucco facades the prize Winning Quartier der Garde-Ulanen in Potsdam with 13 refined and modern maisonette units. A further high ranking project is the Alten Mälzerei in Berlin Pankow With 12.000m² living space divided into 140 refined units and 44 in house Parking lots. Our good reputation has made its way into the Arabic countries. Hatem Safadi sees enormous potential in this region, after all Arabian Investors are not only focused on their own country but also on Europe And Germany.
