 The intention of PISC is
- The charter of own and external bulk & tanker- tonnage.
- The apprenticeship and advanced training of young Palestinians on board and in own offices or agencies and in a maritime academy in Gaza.
- The planning and management of a temporary, later to be built harbor in Gaza in order to assure adequate supply.
- The possibility of investments for private and non private investors in mobile assets. For example ships via a guaranteed fund at the Jordanian national bank and other respected financial agents.
