Since joining the company in January 2010 as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Elshantaf has led the international operations for Safadi Group, and set the development strategy, establish teamwork and create focused vision with sense of urgency, managed large projects at multiple domestic and international locations with proven ability to take complex development programs from concept to successful market introduction. Mr. Elshantaf has been awarded in 2009 a 12-month fellowship at the Konrad-Zuse-Program as entrepreneur by the German Federal Foreign Office, "Foreign Office".

In addition to the above activities, Mr. Elshantaf Is the Vice-Chairman of phoenix bird Information Technology and Systems, and then Carried out many consultancy projects for international organizations' such as the American Friends Service Committee, World Bank and Seventh Framework Programme FP7 - EU. Mr. Elshantaf a co-founder of German-Palestinian Business Council "DPW eV" and has been awarded Who's Who of IT manager in 2007, this award is the culmination of experience, management, consistent strategy.

Mr. Elshantaf participated and contributed in the 12th German-Arab business forum held in cooperation between Which Ghorfa and the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) from 24 - 26 June 2009 in Berlin where, he presented a session under the name Future of ICT Sector for Palestine.
